1302hrs - Back gate facesouth - male VAGRANT wearing black hooded jacket, black sweat pants and black sneakers with black backpack while holding a box of meal entered the area outside the building afterwards sat down on the ground then stayed

1303hrs - Back gate facesouth - another female VAGRANT wearing black jacket, black sweat pants and white sneakers with black duffle bag also holding a box of meal entered the area outside the building afterwards sat down on the ground then stayed

1305hrs - Dispatch guard

1336hrs - Back gate facesouth - male guard on foot entered the area and approached the two SUSPECTS

1339hrs - Back gate facesouth - SUSPECT 2 stood up afterwards left the area then walked away from the site

1342hrs - Back gate facesouth - SUSPECT 1 stood up afterwards left the area then walked away from the site at Back gate facenorth while the guard also let the area then walked away from the site at Back gate facesouth at 1345hrs
